PRIVACY POLICY: First Coast Game Truck LLC is committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect on the site to make event reservations with us as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience.  We do not sell or trade your personal information with others.

PICTURES:  While your party is in effect the game coach may be taking pictures of the party inside and outside the trailer.  You will be able to to view these pictures on our facebook page and copy them to your files.  If you do not want us to take photos please just let us know.  This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.

Rules and regulations: By hiring First Coast Game Truck LLC you understand that the following rules apply: no running, no diving, no rough play in the game truck, if we see inappropriate behavior we will address the behavior and have the right to end the event for safety reasons. We can not be held responsible for your children's actions. By hiring First Coast Game Truck LLC you agree to hold First Coast Game Truck LLC, it's employees, agents or representatives harmless and indemnify them against any and all claims for property damage and/or personal injury claims.

CANCELATION POLICY:  While we can operate RAIN OR SHINE we understand this is FLORIDA and anything is possible.  There is a non refundable $100 deposit to hold your requested date and timeslot.  We require full payment 48 hours before the party.  If you cancel within that 48 hours up to 4 hours before the party we will refund you half of the money.  We will make every effort to work with you to reschedule the event.
